Panama City Beach condos for rent


According to the Bay County Tourist Development Council, and Panama City Beach, collections for July are up. There was a 13.42 percent increase in the collections for July of 2017, in comparison to July of 2016. Beginning in October of 2016, the destination for the fiscal year has increased by 13.44 percent. The growth for Panama City Beachhas been increasing for the past eleven months straight.

Dan Rowe made a statement and proclaimed the year is setting records and will go down in the record books. He believes the entire community of Bay Country should take pride in the tourism delivered by Panama City Beach. He feels a new standard has been set by the city. A lot of individuals are coming to the city for the first time, making multiple visits, and discovering the advantages of the area. Dan Rowe further brought up the point the excellent weather during July brought a lot of visitors to the city. This included the festivities for the Fourth of July many visitors celebrated for an entire week.

The condos for rent and the short-term rentals are included in the Tourist Development Tax totaling five percent. The promotional activities and marketing are funded by the funds derived from the tax. This is led by the Panama City Convention & Visitors Bureau. The tax additionally supports grooming, and cleaning for the beach, beach re-nourishment, and product improvement.
